🇨🇭 Searching for compounders in Switzerland (Part 10)

This week we're searching Switzerland for high quality companies.

Switzerland has a highly developed and stable economy, known for its strong financial sector, high standard of living, political neutrality and highly skilled workforce. The Swiss economy is heavily export-oriented, with key exports including pharmaceuticals (Novartis and Roche), machinery (ABB), chemicals (Givaudan) and luxury watches (Swatch). Switzerland’s other major industry is finance and banking, where UBS is the leading player.

Like previous weeks, we will take a look at suggestions from my followers on Twitter, take a look at the Swiss companies in the MSCI World Quality index, and then filter the Swiss listed companies looking for high share price linearity and high quality growth metrics. Using all these approaches we will then identify the companies that come up multiple times before digging deeper into their business model and selecting the best.
